Our goal is to make sure every customer is satisfied, every time. If you ever have questions or doubts about a comic, graphic novel, or game, please feel free to ask an associate for assistance or guidance during your purchase.
Once an item is purchased, the following return/exchange policies apply:
- All comic book sales are final, unless defective.
- All special order items are final, unless defective. (Special orders must be picked up within 60 days of arrival at the store.)
- Other sealed, unopened items in new condition can be returned for store credit only.
- Defective items may be exchanged for an identical item only.
- All exchanges and returns must be made within 30 days of the original purchase, and must be accompanied by a receipt. (Returns/exchanges for Hero Bucks members do not require a receipt, as long as the purchase was made on the Hero Bucks member account.)
For event registration fees, the following policies apply:
- Cancellations made at least 48 hours prior to an event will receive store credit
- All other cancellations and no-shows will not receive a refund
- If you miss a tournament where sealed product was distributed, you will still receive the product, but you must pick it up within 1 week of the tournament, after which time the product is forfeit
