Each event is limited to 32 players in the store!  For the Foundations Prerelease, Wizards of the Coast (not us) is requiring ALL players in North Carolina to have a registered Wizards Account! Please do this ahead of time at https://myaccounts.wizards.com/register

Your favorite legends and Planeswalkers are here with quintessential magic from across the Multiverse. This set was made for past, present, and future players, featuring products for players fresh or famous and filled with cards legal in Standard, at least until 2029!

Our THREE in-store pre-release tournaments will be as follows:

• Friday, 11/8 at 7 pm
  
• Saturday, 11/9 at 3 pm
• Sunday, 11/10 at 12 pm

What will you find in your pre-release pack?

• 1 randomized, foil rare or mythic promotional card (playable in the event)
  
• 6 Foundations 15-card PLAY booster packs
• 1 Foundations spindown life counter

Each player will then make a 40-card minimum deck (25-minutes for deck-building) from the 6 booster packs in the pre-release kit! Bring your own lands if you have them. If you don't have lands, you can borrow store lands.

The tournament format is Swiss Draw (i.e. every players plays in all 3 rounds and is paired against a player with the same win-loss record). After three 50-minute rounds of play (3 points for a win, 1 point for a draw), we will distribute PLAY booster pack prizes as follows:

• 9 points - 7 boosters
• 7 points - 5 boosters
• 6 points - 3 boosters
• 4-5 points - 1 booster
