Return Policy
Our goal is to make sure every customer is satisfied, every time. If you ever have questions or doubts about a comic, graphic novel, or game, please feel free to ask an associate for assistance or guidance during your purchase.
Once an item is purchased, the following return/exchange policies apply:
All comic book sales are final, unless defective.
All special order items are final, unless defective. (Special orders must be picked up within 60 days of arrival at the store.)
Other sealed, unopened items in new condition can be returned for store credit only.
Defective items may be exchanged for an identical item only.
All exchanges and returns must be made within 30 days of the original purchase, and must be accompanied by a receipt. (Returns/exchanges for Hero Bucks members do not require a receipt, as long as the purchase was made on the Hero Bucks member account.)
For event registration fees, the following policies apply:
Cancellations made at least 48 hours prior to an event will receive store credit
All other cancellations and no-shows will not receive a refund
If you miss a tournament where sealed product was distributed, you will still receive the product, but you must pick it up within 1 week of the tournament, after which time the product is forfeit
